We strive to make sure that all orders for in stock merchandise received before noon will be packed and shipped the same business day.

For the contiguous United States, all orders are shipped for free via UPS Ground Shipping - customers are given the option to select different levels of service at check out and rates are determined during the checkout process.

You will receive a UPS tracking number as soon as it is issued.

In Person Pickup

Experience the luxury of Not Monday's high-end cashmere sweaters with our exclusive In Person Pickup service, available for customers in the Seattle area. Most orders are ready for in person pickup on the same business day. Simply select the Pick Up option at checkout and wait for your order ready notification before picking up. Orders to Canada

We're thrilled to offer hassle-free shipping via DHL, bringing your favorite Not Monday styles straight to your door. Anticipate delivery in just 1-3 business days. Order by 11am PST for same-day dispatch. The best part? We've got all Canadian taxes and duties covered upfront – no surprises at delivery. While purchase amounts are currently in US dollars, we're soon transitioning to Canadian dollars. Returns? Easy! Send back within 30 days using the included label. Please note, we can't ship to PO boxes. Shop confidently and comfortably, knowing everything's taken care of. Happy shopping, Canada!
